SHIPPING We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING in the Continental United States (48 States). Our goal is to ship the same day an order is received providing there is sufficient time. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We generally ship by UPS and receive good service and delivery times. Shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, and Territories are considerably higher and done on a case by case basis. Expedited shipping is also done on a case by case basis. RETURNS An RMA is required for every return. Not every manufacturer has the same return policy. Some products are not returnable and require that the machine be serviced by warranty repair. Most defective items are eligible for return and replacement. If a return occurs for any reason other than it is defective, there is a 20% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for freight charges. All defective claims must be made with five days of receipt. Please note that all returns must be in the original packaging and include all parts, manuals, etc. If a customer refuses delivery, they are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
